GETTING MEDICAL HELP IN TURKIYE

I had a fantastic experience with İnternational health Store and Surgeon Mehmet Kaya during my rhinoplasty in Turkey, which I carried out at the end of December. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and ensured that I was well looked after throughout the entire process and felt safe at all times. Even after my return from Turkey, I continue to be contacted by Sheb with İHS inquiring about my well-being. The operation itself was a complete success, and Dr. Kaya achieved a great result with his professional skills. Thank you for everything!

Everything went quite well....first of all, of course, thanks to Sheb, who was always in touch and helped solve all the questions that I had along the way...Thank you very much to her for her timely and quick help on throughout the entire period... Everything was organized well... We were met at the airport, a VIP transfer, a black Mercedes, the driver, unfortunately, I don’t remember his name - a great guy, just an ace, took us to the hotel... Everything in the hotel super, 5 stars, good finishing, excellent staff, we were accommodated  with a beautiful view of the city.... The next day we arrived at the clinic... Then paid there, and without delay, they invited us to the operating room... The team is excellent , young guys and girls, cheerful and relaxed, (they even sang songs during the transplant)... the transplant went quite quickly, they got it done in 5 hours, because the people know their stuff, they are all true professionals, both the doctor and the guy, who drew the hair line, and the girls who were assistants....Everything is at the highest level..The transplant itself is painless, only at the very beginning, when the painkiller was administered, it was a little painful, but it lasted about 10 minutes.. In general, I am satisfied with the transplant itself , I know that the result will  be good, we’ll see in a year.. Then we were taken back to the hotel, and I spent that day in the room, did not go anywhere.... The next day I had a rest day,  İHS team organized a tour for us to the Ancient Ephesus... We had a great time there, and a day later they took me back to the clinic, showed me and washed my hair, and the ace driver took us to the airport... Bottom line: without much strain, I had a hair transplant and my wife and I had a great time in Izmir, trying different dishes, making excursions and having the opportunity to shop... Thank you very much to those people who organize such tours and carry out such work... I am very grateful to them

Everything about the Journey was just perfect. I had a Mummy Makeover  done with Dr Mehmet Kaya and he truly did an amazing job. I'm only 10 days post surgery but I can see the stitches are healing perfectly and even now they are not very visible. Also, the whole staff were very welcoming specially Sheb, such an amazing soul, she helped me with everything. I was refered by a friend of mine who also had a Mummy Makeover and from the minute I got in contact I felt very comfortable with her she truly has a great aura and the Surgeon has got magic on his finger tips :D

At first I was really nervous and I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into - I just knew I had to do something about the weight I had gained and let me tell you, my experience exceeded my expectations!! The team are AMAZING at what they do. Sheb, is absolutely phenomenal and has such a beautiful soul who genuinely cares about you physically, mentally and emotionally. The nutritionist, is such a realist and incredible at what she does, she is so informative and explains everything you need to know thoroughly. And finally the surgeon was undoubtedly such a genuine man who guides and supports you throughout the process as well as answers any questions you may have regarding the surgery and aftercare. He is 100% amazing at what he does and ensures you feel comfortable the entire time. The communication is great, even when you fly back as you can always express any concerns you may have and they’ll deal with it accordingly. The pain after surgery only lasted a few hours and got better and better with the care of the wonderful hospital staff. I don’t think I would’ve felt as cared for if it weren’t for the staff. If you are interested, you NEED to go with İnternational health Store. I’m 100% convinced you won’t get a better service elsewhere. I am so grateful for everything, and in love with my body. From the minute ı contacted Sheb with İHS, she made me feel comfortable by being such good listener, she and the team had took care of all arrangements. All I needed to do was Pack and be there .I had a breast lift and augmentation operation with Surgeon Mehmet Kaya. The results are so satisfying. During the consultation, the surgeon listened to my own wishes and directed everything according to them. Furthermore, the hotel was hygienic, thankfully the aftercare team was extremely helpful and I really felt confident with their sincerity. And now, my  scars faded away and I am genuinely happy.

Excellent. Very caring and skilled doctors. Despite the fact that I went to the gastrectomy operation alone, without an accompanying person, I did not feel for a single minute without attention and care. Thanks to Lovely Sheb - she has become a real support. Special thanks to my coordinator as well - she organized everything as comfortably and professionally as possible. The recovery room is excellent. Bright, with a beautiful view. My deep gratitude to all the staff of the surgical department for their kindness, attention, support, care. The doctor from the first minute caused complete confidence. I think he is a true professional and a wonderful surgeon. I definitely recommend the İHS for a competent, comprehensive examination.

I had a great experience with my Surgeon, he treats his patience with an utmost care, answering all questions and providing clarity when needed. The coordinator was absolutely lovely, helping us out throughout the entire process making sure that we have everything we need, making this whole process stress free. The nutrition specialist was very helpful not just with providing the plan, adjusting my diet and answering all my questions medically (nutritionally speaking) but she went out of her way to provide comfort to my mother that was accompanying me on this medical journey, which was immeasurably sweet and thoughtful. AMAZING overall experience, I would recommend 10/10.

I liked everything very much, we were met at the airport by an English speaking driver and we were put up in a luxury hotel, it is located 15 minutes away from the dental clinic, very convenient, the next day Sheb met us at the hotel explained us everything in detail , than we went at the Clinic with an interpreter, they took an X-RAY and the treatments has started thesame day, the care was super, everything was done on a timely manner. It felt nice to be surrounded by such caring professionals. I am Happy to finally Have my Hollywood Smile. I can not thank them enough.

Everything was ????% from arrival at airport to transfer to hotel and to all Arrangements at the Hospital. The 24 hours round the clock assistance from the beautiful ladies oh İHS . I couldn’t have asked for any better. And to the Plastic Surgeon himself, all I can say is this man knows what he’s doing I put my trust in him to fly round the world for him to work on my body. I had Neck and Facelift procedures done last week with doctor Mehmet Kaya . He is Amazing. Doctor Mehmet is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is very professional, kind, caring, and most importantly he is an artist, he is very passionate about he is work, he is a perfectionist and yet very realistic with what is best for your face. I very highly recommended him. The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish. Sheb the director of İHS ,s so kind and helpful, she was my first point of contact. She arranged everything for me including the first video call which was very successful. When I arrived at the airport, I was picked up ( with my daughter) by a very friendly driver and went straight to the hospital to do all the blood test necessary for the surgery. I Met doctor Mehmet and his assistants face to face. He was very kind, he went through all details about procedures. He explained the process, the expectations and the achievable results. He was very honest and realistic and I really appreciated that. I was nervous but he was very reassuring and caring. The surgery went very well. My face was swollen and bruised but that was normal. His team were very helpful and responded quickly to my worries. The second day after the surgery I was able to walk around the hotel which was also another great experience, very friendly staff, nice food, and very clean. I was very impressed with the hotel experience too. I flew back to London on day 6 after the cast had been removed and all the necessary checks had been done. It’s only been a week since the surgery and I already feeling and looking better. I had a video call with doctor Mehmet Kaya to check on me and this made me so happy and reassured. During my stay I have met 2 ladies who were very disappointed with their surgeon and I felt so sorry for them, I have already recommended doctor Gorkem Atsal to them as I was extremely pleased with him. Overall, if you are looking for an artist, amazing, professional and kind plastic surgeon, look no further, Doctor Mehmet is the one. He is also a perfectionist and explains exactly what is achievable and best for you. I would like to say a huge thank you to all İnternational Health Store Team for putting me in such good hands. There are very few clinics left that you can trust. One of them is İHS. I congratulate founder Sheb, doctors, and employees for their ethical behaviour. Many of my friends had surgery in Turkey. I was going to give up going when I heard about their bad experiences. Later, I made my decision with courage. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.Before the surgery, I said that I wanted to take a tour of the Virgin Mary in Ephesus. They organised it immediately. Thank you for everything.

I decide to do a gastric sleeve surgery to feel confident and comfortable, self confidence is very important to each person. It was a definitely good choice, I felt so comfortable because I had all the needed information ahead from Sheb, he made me ready to step in a new healthy life. I went with İnternational Health Store for breast augmentation as well as vaser liposuction. All l can say is my surgeon was very nice and professional. He listened to all my wishes. Everything went quickly and without any complications. The nurses at the hospital were also very personable and that made me also feel very comfortable during my stay. An English Speaking Medical Assistant was by my side around the clock from the Minute I arrived to the Hospital untill I was dischared. Can’ t thank you all enough for making this Journey feel this good. So far I am very satisfied with the results, it turned out better than I had wished.

From start to finish, I’m glad I chose İnternational Health Store. First contact and discussing my options was brilliant after sending photos to make a better-informed decision if I was suitable for the surgery I’d requested, we were able to set a date that fitted the short window I had. An itinerary was drawn up for me to review and confirm. When I arrived I had a driver waiting for me at the airport, they gave me a mobile Wi-Fi hub to use while I was here so even if I was out exploring during my stay I could still keep in touch with them if I needed anything. We then headed off to the hospital to have blood tests and X-rays taken to make sure I was in good health to have my surgery. Sheb was there waiting and she helped me every step of the way the whole time I was there . My Hotel which was chosen by İHS. (You do have the option to book your own) but with a Lovely sea view room, right on the coast, it was a good choice. The next morning was surgery day, I meet with my surgeon. After an introduction and a conversation about what I wanted to achieve from the Tummy Tuck+360 Lipo I would be getting I was marked up and briefly explained the procedure. Next was Down to theatre with my a member of İHS as far as they were allowed to go. I come around from the surgery and Sheb was there to assure me everything was a success. Next morning I have a visit from the surgeon to check me over and give the all-clear to go back to my hotel the day after.  I spent 3 nights in the hospital under watch from the nurses along with a İHS member by my side at all times.. I was then taken back to my hotel to rest in a more comfortable environment while still having the freedom to explore the local area. Every morning during my stay I was contacted for updates on how I was and if I needed anything or needed assistance to get anywhere and for pictures of progress for the doctors to review. After 2 days Sheb come to see me in person and make sure everything was ok with everything so far. After exploring the city and its scenery for a few days. Is was picked up once more one day before my flight and taken back to the hospital for my final check-in. Fresh dressings and medication in hand, I was given the all clear and taken back to a local mall to finish my last day in the sun shopping. I’m now currently back in the UK with my aftercare and medication and they still contacted me to make sure I’m still recovering ok. Overall 10/10 for patient care and consideration I would use them again in the future 100%.

The service provided by İnternational Health Store Teamis fully consistent with the highest standard. Everything was on time, no delays. Meeting/seeing off from/to the airport, check-in at the hotel, stable communication with the curator-translator and Dental Surgeon, answers to any questions and requests. The whole Team is attentive and fully completed the treatment program. I am very thankful for everytging from start to finish.

My whole family against me coming to turkey for Hair Transplant from the Us they were very scared and I was a little nervous as well . Wish they could have come and seen how I was treated here like royalty .Hate to admit it but would have never got this kind of service in US. I think everyone here that was involved doctors nurses interpreters drivers and sure left some out behind the scenes. Would definitely recommend and come back again.
